Hey, I'm Niicholai and I'm new here. I have recently been given an old 3DS and it's on 11.5 firmware. I've been looking around for several hours now on r/3dshacks, 3ds.guide, and on here but I'm simply not understanding all of the information I'm taking in. Dell p703w drivers for mac. Welcome to the forum. We are all toolaholics here. A chuck is good for drilling, but it isn't made for the stresses of milling sideways. You will need the chuck, but, as mentioned, collets or endmill holders will be needed. Hi all, i have so many questions re Emblaser 1. I purchased a 4W and have been happily engraving chopping boards, recently I am wanting to cut out a name ( door sign for boy) I have tried so many times, tried pin pointing my laser, used 5 passes but no joy.

A little over a year ago I had a Total thyroidectomy due to an enlarged thyroid that had was growing around my trachea and had deviated it. I was placed on 125mcg of synthroid and was doing pretty good.

Shingles Support Group. Herpes zoster, colloquially known as shingles, is the reactivation of varicella zoster virus, leading to a crop of painful blisters over the area of a dermatome. Hi, I am so pleased I have found this group. I have watched all the videos and done lots of searches but still have a few questions! My husband aged 66yrs has had a hacking cough for over 2 weeks. He bent over to.

Then several things occurred. My endo moved, and my new mail order pharmacy sent me levothyroxine in place of the synthroid that I was on. I slowly began to feel really bad, ended up in the hospital with chest pains (which I now feel was an anxiety attack). I had them do a TSH and ft4. Labs were they said normal TSH 3.9. I found a new endocrinologist, she repeated labs and bumped up my levothyroxine to 150mcg and I am to repeat lab and return in 3 months.

I went to the Dr. On 11/2/04 and since I have gained 10 pounds, and still feel like crap. Should I try to get in sooner or will it take longer to feel better. I cannot afford to keep gaining as I am already in need of weight loss.

Thanks for any advice. Quote: when I was in the hospitall for chest pain the middle of october my TSH was 3.9 range 0.37-7.00 and Free T4 was 1.2 range 0.9-2.4. On November 4 my TSH was 4.96 range 0.37-7.00 Free T4 was 1.5 range 0.8-2.4. TSH should be below 2, closer to 1 is best. That lab range is so old it's laughable. Your FT4 is also low, but it's coming up.

It should be closer to 1.86, which would put you in the upper 3rd of the range - where most women do best. You really need to have your FT3 tested as well; FT4 only tells half the story. If you get your T4 up but you're not converting well then your FT3 will be low; T3 is the active hormone that effects metabolism on a cellular level. I'd push the endo for this test as well. And when you do have your tests redone be sure not to take your meds before hand; they will artificially elevate your numbers. It's little wonder you still feel hypo, you are!
