Just got a msi r4350 graphics card. I cant seem to get the drivers installed to my computer. I have two dells i have tried it on.

One is a dimension 8400 win xp p4 3.0ghz 1.5gb memory 250gb hard drive. The other is a precision 380 with ubuntu installed on it. It has p4 3.0ghz 1.5gb memory and a 500gb hd. Right now i have a nvidia geforce 6800 on the dimension 8400. I tried to install the msi graphics card but it wont display anything on the screen. Any thoughts on how to get this working.

The power supply is enough for this card. I just cant get it to display anything. Thanks for any help.
