I purchased the Booq Cobra Backpack almost 2 years ago, and while I still LOVE it, I was looking for something a little lighter and more appropriate for an office meeting setting. I'm hard on my luggage, and Booq products hold up to whatever punishment I give them. I also tend to be picky regarding style and functionality, and this bag is a perfect fit!

While functioning the same as my Cobra backpack, It fits right onto the handle of my spinner luggage, giving my back a rest. The only qualm is that I probably would have waited for the new Cobra Brief if I had known it would be available this August (though at half the price of the soon to be released Cobra brief, yet offering essentially the same functionality, THIS BOA IS A STEAL). One can not go wrong with any Booq product, they are simply amazing products!!

This bag is well-made, but not well-designed. Biggest issue is that it does not 'open up' so both halves laying flat. The main pocket zipper only goes down the sides half way, so access compromized. Same with the laptop pocket section. Zippers only down couple of inches either side. With a slim laptop, like a Macbook Pro, not a big deal, but with a thicker 15' laptop, getting the machine into the pocket is really difficult, as well as trying to remove it. Obviously, Booq is cutting ergonomics of the bag to save some pennies on the zippers.

Not what I would expect of Booq who's sleeves and bags I've used for years. One positive about the bag that appealed to me as frequent business flyer is the strap on the back that fits over the extended handle of roller bags. This was actually a main reason I bought the bag.
